About The Position

What You Will Do (Your Impact Matters Here)

As a SmartMix Control Room Agent, you are the first line of defence protecting our clients

against diesel theft, tampering, fraud, safety risks and operational losses.

You will:

✔ Monitor SmartMix platforms, fuel dashboards & alert systems in real-time

✔ Detect theft alerts, tampering warnings, abnormal behaviour & risk events

✔ Respond immediately and follow clear escalation procedures

✔ Communicate professionally with clients during incidents

✔ Document events accurately and close incidents properly

✔ Maintain discipline, focus and operational excellence on every shift

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Experience in a control room / security monitoring / fleet monitoring / emergency response /

call-centre environment is an advantage

• Computer literate (comfortable on multiple screens & systems)

• Strong English required (Afrikaans beneficial)

• Able to work shifts, nights, weekends & public holidays

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Must have own reliable transport to ensure punctual attendance for shifts
